Cream of Carrot soup

I promised I would post a picture of my Cream of Carrot soup. There is actually very little cream in this soup -- the ingredients made it thick enough that I only added half a cup of cream to this large pot.


  • carrots
  • cauliflower (since I had about half a head in the fridge)
  • leftover small roasted potatoes
  • chopped onions
  • parsley
  • fresh basil
  • 35% cream 
  • 1 Knorr vegetable stock packet
  • salt
  • pepper
